Premier Inn Telford extension created an additional 35 bedrooms over the 3 floors. An enabling package consisting of underpinning and foundation strengthening was required on the existing hotel prior to starting on site. Construction of the 35 new bedrooms, Linen room, Tea room, Plant room, lift installation and reception area was completed within 28 weeks.
