We were appointed to carry out the first Farmhouse Inns shell fit out on behalf of Greene King. Having completed any new builds from the ground up, we have acquired a wealth of knowledge in this area. The developers completed the shell fit out in 34 weeks leaving us only 10 weeks to fit out and complete all trade areas and three managers’ flats. We were engaged on a turnkey basis utilising all our in house departments to ensure the ambitious programme was achieved. The works were all completed within record time setting the benchmark for the fit out time required for this mighty 360 cover site. The fit out was successfully handed over to the client as per our programme from empty shell to finished restaurant and to a high standard.
