We have worked alongside Mitchells & Butlers for over 25 years maintaining a strong relationship. Partnering works with Mitchells and Butlers across the UK we have completed over 325 Harvester brand projects alone. The recently acquired site was an old Comet store that had been divided into 4 restaurants/retail units located in the centre of a busy retail park. With limited parking and high congestion we shared the tight working area with 2 other main contractors. Having an extensive knowledge of the ever developing brand, the fast track programme was not a concern; once the project got signed off we mobilised within 5 days controlling all management of direct and domestic contractors within programme. Working closely with the client and having started later than the 2 neighbouring restaurants on the same unit we surpassed expectations by handing over two weeks earlier than their competitors. Having handed over to the new operators in such fashion enabled an extensive training period and unrivalled competition.
