Our client JD Wetherspoon purchased the historic coaching inn located in Warminster in the heart of the garrison town, it is one of the town’s three surviving grade II listed 18th Century Inns. Once secured, the coaching inn was subjected to extensive structural works throughout and an extension to the rear to form increased trading area constructed. In addition to the trade area works the scheme consisted of 10 letting bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor to create the character of a small boutique hotel. The conversion project was considered successful and handed back with exceptional quality as per programme.
