Successfully working alongside the Brasserie Blanc team on their flagship sites located in prime London city centre locations. Ideally positioned on the west side of Trinity Square, the Brasserie Blanc restaurant lies opposite the historic Tower of London, one of the city’s most popular landmarks and with an impressive backdrop of the mighty Shard building. With the site being located in the heart of the city we successfully managed the issues presented to us in the form of confined locations, sensitive logistical challenges, busy surroundings and no storage facilities. The conversion was successfully handed over to the client in the vibrant tourist area off Trinity Square Gardens as per our 6-week programme and was a highly anticipated addition to the new chain of Brasserie Blanc restaurants.
