Mitchells & Butlers approached us to carry out a series of conversions on the newly acquired Ha Ha Bar & Grill Company sites. The aim was to have a minimum closure of 3 weeks to complete the conversion/rebranding. With this in mind Mitchells & Butlers were very keen to negotiate with us as a trustworthy partnering contractor with a long term relationship. As the site was located in the heart of Windsor’s old railway station an experienced team was deployed to manage the high volume footfall and sensitive surroundings of the site. We worked closely with all the direct contractors to ensure the quality and timescales were achieved safely and efficiently.
