So when the opportunity arose to partner on one of the most prestigious restaurant chain conversions; with the flagship being on one of London’s most iconic buildings in the prestigious Covent Garden Piazza, we were more than happy to join the team. We were approached to carry out a series of conversions on the new acquisitions spread out over various London sites. We were engaged to carryout a full turnkey operation and an experienced team was deployed. The team encounter city centre sites regularly so managed the high volume footfall, traffic and logistical challenges associated with the busy surroundings efficiently. Being the flagship site we worked closely with Raymond Blanc’s team to ensure every detail of the newly developed scheme was manufactured and installed to the high standard required. The team also supported and controlled the activities of all the direct contractors to ensure the quality and timescales were achieved safely and efficiently. Located directly opposite the famous Royal Opera House, Brasserie Blanc has an enviable location on the Opera Terrace of Covent Garden’s Market Building overlooking Inigo Jones’ historic Piazza. The finished project was an airy and spacious brasserie with daylight flooding through into the bar and restaurant. The conversion was successfully handed over to the client as our 16 week programme to become the flagship of the new chain of Brassiere Blanc restaurants.
