Having pitched a timber frame farmhouse concept in 2014, we were thrilled to get the greenlight to develop the concept into reality in 2017. Being the first timber frame project for Greene King everyone was very keen to see the construction progress. The construction methods consisted of deep strip foundations, Beam & Block, Timber frame and External brick/render/cladding to the external envelope. Blue Bell Farm, Worcester, was delivered as per programme to a high standard and paved the way for future timer frame projects.
