Our client acquired a corner plot in Bradley Stoke, Bristol that required extensive cut and fill levelling. We were appointed a turnkey contractor utilising all our in house departments; construction, mechanical, electrical and joinery. The construction consisted of 105 driven steel tubular piles to a depth of 6 metres forming the basis for a ring beam and a precast beam & block floor slab. The building was constructed with traditional brick/block and stone work walls with supporting steel framework. It consisted of three manager’s flats on the 1st floor and over 300 covers on the ground floor trading area. The Winter Stream Farm has enjoyed successful trading since we handed back to the operators as per our agreed 24 week programme from walking on to the plot to pouring pints.
