Having been successful on a series of refurbishments and conversion projects with JD Wetherspoon we also secured the competitive tender on a new build project located in Falmouth, Cornwall called the ‘The Packet Station’.
After demolition of the existing building the building was constructed from a steel frame structure complimented with traditional block/render finish and feature large bay glazed panels allowing stunning views. The Packet Station was handed back to the operators as per agreed 26 week programme with zero defects.
