Our client Mitchells and Butlers purchased the brown field site located in Kettering, Northampton. The project consisted of driven concrete piles, poured concrete ring beam, a steel structural frames and concrete beam and block floor. The project construction was over a 23 week contract including the enabling ground works for an adjoining hotel. The programme was deemed a success and handed back defects free.
