Mitchells & Butlers identified the potential plot within a retail park in Merthyr Tydfil as an avenue to proceed with one of its first retail ‘Box Concepts’. We deployed all our in house departments to collaborate on the project, a popular choice with fast track new builds yielding a faster flow of production.The Project consisted of Auger piles with a cast reinforced concrete ring beam linking to the precast beam & block flooring. The structural steel work swiftly followed along with composite panels/render finish. The project was completed within the fast track programme of 16 weeks successfully.
