Premier Inn Kings Langley is centrally located within the heart of town yielding high room occupancy creating the need to expand. We were appointed to make a quick start, using proven off-site manufactured methods consisting of Piling, beam & block and timber frame the build progressed at pace. The project included 28 new bedrooms, 3 linen rooms, 2 store rooms, 1 Plant room, 4 conversions of existing bedrooms to accessible rooms and conversion of 3 bedrooms on ground floor to new Breakfast room were completed within the programme.
