The Swansea Tesco site is located within a busy retail park with shared car park and limited storage area. Having worked with the Tesco team some 2 weeks prior on our first Decks scheme in Cardiff we were again selected as a partnering contractor where we were keen to utilise and progress our knowledge base. The proposed Decks restaurant was to be positioned on the ground floor previously a newsagent. As with previous in store locations the programme was to run 24/7 to ensure minimal disturbance to the live trading and storage areas throughout the store. The 5 week programme was successfully achieved on time and budget.
