The Tesco Cirencester store is positioned within a small community of retail units close to the town centre. The in-house café was chosen to be converted into one of the early Giraffe sites following Tesco’s recent acquisition of the company. Our client required the conversion to be completed within a 5week window, having in-house departments that specialise in fast-track fit outs, we embraced the opportunity and started on our first giraffe project. The project consisted of a complete fit out internally and forming a new entrance porch and extensive external works to the entrance. Working closely with a new client we surpassed expectations ensuring another 4 projects were awarded to us and completed within 4 months. Having handed over to the new operators in such a fashion enabled an extensive training period, the site still enjoys good trading as a result.
